Conductor-powered Transfer Cart
Description:
The Model KPC series safety-conductor-rail powered transfer carts draw 380V AC directly from the safety conductor rail into the cart’s AC control system, enabling precise control of start, stop, forward/reverse travel, and speed adjustment. The conductor rail can be installed along the centerline of the track or in a trench beside it. For enhanced safety and convenience, the trench can be covered, and an automatic flip-up power-pickup device transfers power from the trench to the flatcar. The operating system uses a low-voltage 36V control circuit, and the platform can be equipped with hydraulic or mechanical lifting systems. Remote automatic control is also available.
