Description:
The Zhifang hydraulic lifting electric transfer cart is a heavy-duty material handling equipment integrating autonomous traveling and hydraulic lifting functions (with a hydraulic lifting platform). It operates stably without external power supply or external power drive and is not limited by working distance. The equipment supports single-unit independent operation and multi-unit synchronous lifting operation, with customizable lifting height and platform size. It is widely applicable to workshop transportation, warehouse handling, equipment assembly, maintenance and other working conditions, realizing efficient and safe transfer and lifting of heavy workpieces and equipment.

The whole machine adopts an integrated and compact structural design, with high rigidity and strong durability. The main components are as follows:

Main Frame: Welded with high-strength section steel, featuring excellent bending and torsion resistance, no deformation under long-term heavy load, and ensuring overall operational stability.

Lifting Platform: Made of anti-slip steel plate. Auxiliary accessories such as V-shaped brackets, tooling fixtures, limit blocks and rubber buffer pads can be installed according to customer requirements.

Hydraulic Lifting System: Consists of hydraulic power unit, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pipeline, overflow valve, throttle valve and other core components, realizing stable lifting and self-locking positioning.

Travel Drive System: Composed of drive motor, reducer, wheel set and steering mechanism (optional), achieving stable start-stop and flexible traveling of the flat car.

Power Supply System: Equipped with maintenance-free battery pack (lead-acid / lithium battery optional) to provide sustainable power for traveling and lifting operations.

Control System: Supports wired handle control and wireless remote control, with integrated functions of forward, backward, lifting, lowering and emergency stop.

Travel Driving: Driven by DC motor + reducer transmission, rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is optional.

Lifting Driving: Independent hydraulic power unit drives single-stage or multi-stage hydraulic cylinders to complete platform lifting actions.

Power Supply Mode: Self-powered by built-in battery, no external cable, sliding wire or track power supply required, realizing unlimited free traveling.
Working Principle:
The built-in battery provides DC power for the traveling motor and hydraulic power unit. The traveling motor drives the wheels to rotate through the reducer to realize the forward, backward and steering movement of the flat car. When the lifting function is started, the hydraulic power unit pressurizes the hydraulic oil, which pushes the hydraulic cylinder to extend and retract, so as to drive the platform to rise and fall. The lifting speed is precisely adjusted by the control valve, and the hydraulic self-locking function keeps the platform stable at the set height without slipping. For multi-car cooperative operation, the synchronous control module can realize synchronous traveling and synchronous lifting of multiple flat cars, ensuring the horizontal balance of heavy loads.
