300T Electric Transfer Cart for Steel Plant

As part of its ongoing commitment to modernization and efficiency, Jilin Jianlong Steel Co., Ltd. has launched a major Steel Capacity Upgrade Project in collaboration with a leading equipment manufacturer. The initiative marks a significant step in strengthening the company's production infrastructure.

Central to this upgrade are two sets of 300-ton super-large electric transfer cart, specially engineered for the project. Each cart features an expansive 16-meter-long by 14-meter-wide platform, designed to handle extremely heavy loads with ease. These high-capacity transfer cart play a pivotal role in streamlining internal logistics and supporting the steel plant’s enhanced production demands.

The deployment of these robust and efficient transfer cart has already led to notable improvements in material handling efficiency and overall production throughput, reinforcing the project's goal of capacity expansion.
