Description:
The model KPD transfer cart is a low-voltage rail-powered transfer cart. It operates by converting a 380V AC power supply to 36V three-phase AC using a step-down transformer. This low-voltage power is distributed through three rails, including an additional conductive rail. The cart collects the 36V AC through its wheels and conductive sliding blocks, delivering it to the onboard electrical cabinet. There, a step-up transformer restores the voltage to 380V AC, which powers an AC metallurgical motor via an AC control system. This setup allows the cart to start, stop, and move forward or in reverse.

Working Principle:
The BDGZ series cart is a low-voltage rail-powered transfer cart that operates by stepping down a 380V AC power supply to 36V two-phase AC using a transformer. This low-voltage power is delivered through two rails. The cart collects the 36V AC through its wheels and transmits it to an onboard electrical cabinet, where a rectifier module converts it to 36V DC. A DC control system then manages the DC motor, enabling the cart to start, stop, move forward and reverse, and adjust its speed. The BDGZ series is also capable of operating on S-shaped and curved tracks.
