Trackless Transfer Cart

Description:

The model BWP electric trackless transfer cart is powered by lead-acid batteries and centrally managed by a control module. It runs without the need for a fixed track or rail system. Instead of steel wheels running on the tracks, the wheels of this cart can be rubber wheels or PU Wheel which can carry out 360° directions steering. It is operated through both a controller and a remote control for flexible controlling.

The cart features a flat platform for transporting heavy loads such as molds, dies, coils, machinery, etc. Steering wheels provide directional control, while fixed wheels bear the load. Propulsion is driven by an electric motor, with a reducer used to increase torque and transmit power to the fixed wheels.

For safety and communication, the cart includes an LED sound and light alarm to signal operation status and warnings. A smart charger serves as the external power input to recharge the batteries.

Controls:

The electric trackless transfer cart supports dual operation modes: handle control and remote control. Only one mode can be active at a time, and a selector switch on the control box allows users to toggle between them.

Handle Control
- Cable Length: Available in 3-meter or 5-meter options
- Components: Includes four buttons and a joystick
- Functions: Start; Emergency Stop; Forward; Reverse
- Steering: Controlled via joystick; Move left = turn left; Move right = turn right; The motor’s direction corresponds to the forward direction
- Stopping: Release the forward or reverse button Or press the emergency stop
- Restarting: Rotate the emergency stop button clockwise; Then press start
Remote Control
- Buttons: Six total with Start; Stop; Forward; Reverse; Left Turn; Right Turn
- Turning: To steer left or right, press the corresponding directional button simultaneously with forward/reverse
- Restarting: Press start to resume operation
