Remote Control for Transfer Cart
Description:
The remote control system for electric transfer cart consists of a handheld transmitter and an on-board receiver. It adopts industrial RF radio frequency (commonly 433MHz), used for rail transfer carts and trackless electric flat cars, replacing wired pendants for safer and more flexible on-site operation.
Main Models:

F21-2S: 2 buttons (Forward / Reverse). Widely used for simple rail transfer carts. IP65 dustproof & waterproof. Remote range: 50–100m. Single-speed momentary action. Equipped with emergency stop and start key. Receiver power supply: AC36V / 220V / 380V.

F21-4S / F21-E1: 4-button version, supporting Forward, Reverse, Left, Right. For trackless steering electric transfer carts.

Joystick Type (YJD series etc.): Dual joystick, stepless speed regulation. Extra functions: lifting, horn, reserved auxiliary output. Suitable for heavy-duty carts with hydraulic lifting.
Button Functions (Push-button Type):

Red Rotary Mushroom Emergency Stop: Highest priority safety cut-off. Press down for emergency stop; rotate to reset.

Green Start Button: Activate communication between transmitter and receiver.

Forward / Reverse: Momentary control, stop upon release. Can be modified to latching mode.

Left / Right: For trackless Ackerman steering carts, allow moving while turning. Rail carts normally do not require steering buttons.

Optional auxiliary buttons: Horn, lifting, speed shift, obstacle avoidance disable, auto homing.
Electrical Wiring Instructions (Receiver):
The receiver is installed inside the cart electrical cabinet:

Power terminals: match control voltage (DC24V / AC36V / AC220V).

Common COM terminal, Forward, Reverse, Left, Right relay outputs connect to the contactor control circuit of the transfer cart.

Emergency stop circuit: must be wired in series with the global emergency stop loop of the cart, mandatory safety requirement.

Configurable: 1 transmitter + 1 receiver, or 2 transmitters + 1 receiver (dual-operator operation).

Encrypted ID code: Unique code for each set, no cross-interference with adjacent transfer carts.

Power supply: Handheld transmitter runs on 2pcs AA alkaline batteries; receiver powered by cart control cabinet.
